General urbanisation and pool rules
- NO inflatables, rubber rings (illegal under Spanish Law) or surfboards in pools - only children's swimming aids
- NO ball games or Frisbee-type objects in pools
- NO diving, running and jumping or "bombing" into the pools
- NO food, glassware, alcohol, crockery or cans allowed within pool areas
- Personal headphone equipment only – NO radios etc
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult when using the pools (Spanish Law)
- Young children may wear T-shirts but these should be white – please
- NO nude swimming for pool users of any age: babies and toddlers MUST wear pants
- NO personal possessions i.e. chairs, clothes etc to be left overnight around the pools – items will be removed and possibly disposed of
- To maintain hygiene standards be considerate and PLEASE USE THE SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOLS
- Shower off sun cream especially the waterproof type before entering pools
- Pool use hours are 08.00hrs to 22.00hrs
- DO not use pools during cleaning operations
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the communal areas of the urbanisation
- Dogs are not allowed on the grass areas or in the pools
- Owners are requested to clear up their dog's faeces
- NO ball games in communal areas: streets, paths, green areas or pools
- PARENTS: please ask your children not to climb the fountains, the tiers are not fixed or throw stones in the fountains or over the grass areas
- NOISE LEVELS – be considerate to neighbours and at midnight, by law, noise levels must be reduced.
- SPEED limit for any vehicle – 10km
- NO cycling, cycles, scooters etc within pool areas or over grass areas
- DO NOT flush sanitary wear or wipes of any type down toilets
- Noisy building or garden work not to start before 09.00hrs throughout the year – July and August "siesta" on noisy work between 14.00-16.00 hrs
- No advertisements attached to properties - "For Sale" signs only
- NO smoking within pool areas
- PLEASE HELP KEEP THE URBANISATIION TIDY AND CLEAR UP YOUR LITTER
