Being as the weather here is very settled and warm two pools are being drained, deep cleaned and loose tiles removed and replaced ready for the summer season.

Next week the palm trees are being trimmed ( weather depending) .

All the old green lights around the urbanisation have been replaced and new ones added with more energy efficient bulbs primarily for added security but also it gives a nice Mediterranean feel to the lawned areas.

From the 1st March the pedestrian gates will only be accessible by using the new fob system and not the old metal keys.
