A Note from your president:

Today 20/10/2015 I have signed an agreement with Ole communications to connect Las Mananitas to the high speed fibre optic communications network with speeds of up to 100mb. There is NO COST WHATSOEVER to the Urbanisation for this work. The work is in two stages.

STAGE 1
Within the next two weeks Ole will lay fibre optic cables within the Urbanisation using the existing infrastructure so there will be no disruption to the Urbanisation.

STAGE 2
Ole will then apply to the Town Hall for permission to connect individual homes to the network ( if you decide to connect to the supply).
This will probably take 4/6 weeks.

When this is complete individual homeowners can if they wish sign up with Ole communications to provide Internet, T.V and Telephone services.

Homeowners are under NO OBLIGATION to sign up for these services and you can continue with your existing supplier. I will keep you up to date how things are progressing and supply you with prices and how to
apply when all work is complete. Thank you.
